Does anyone know how to reset a ward lic.

Last week the email that our ward zoom account the password was reset and now it is telling us the subscription has not been paid. Is there a way to get a ward unit lic. reinstated?

Your sentence asking the question is a bit fragmented so perhaps I may have gotten your question wrong. If so sorry. Here is something that you can try. Have your STS create a new email account for the Zoom account. Make sure it is working and functional.

Go to meet.churchofjesuschrist.org (or have your STS do so) and select local units Manage. Remove the Zoom account from the unit that is not working. Wait 24 hours and then request a new Zoom account using the new email address / account for that unit.

If you mess up and enter the wrong email address or a non working email address when Zoom tries to automatically email you confirmation that your account is setup and the email bounces they will black list your email account. The only resolution to that is to call Zoom and have them place your email on their white list.

To update the email address linked to your Zoom account, please avoid changing it in your Zoom profile. Instead, click on the email address below to make the update. Keep in mind that modifying your email address will result in the removal of previously scheduled events, and they will need to be rescheduled.
