Our YW president and counselors can submit payment requests for subcategories of the Young Women budget (Camp, Combined Activities, etc.) But the YW secretary only sees the overall Young Women budget category, no subcategories. Does anyone know if this is intentional (for the secretary to only get the top-level category) or a bug?
We have tried all the usual things - delete and reinstall, log into an iOS device instead of Android, make sure she's on the latest version of the app.

That appears to be a bug. Just to make sure, ask her to go to Leader and Clerk Resources Finances (LCRF) to see what is available there. That will also help determine where the bug is programmatically. If it is just in Member Tools then submit feedback from within the app. If it is in both places then have her submit feedback in both Member Tools and in LCRF.
