Hi

We have received a new dell Chromebook for our clerk. This is brand new. how do I go about setting up this device. I know our Family history center was set up by someone from Area. Could someone please share the steps to get this configured please. Our current Clerks pc is about to move on to the next stage of its existence.

Thanks

Roy

We have received new Chromebooks for our entire stake.
I have set up for them already.
The issue we're having so far is that when somebody signs in as a guest, they have to reinstall the printer and reinstall the second monitor configuration each and every time it's very frustrating, does anybody know how to not lose the Chromebook settings for the printer and a second monitor every time you log out?

Unfortunately, when signing in as Guest, that account will never save any setup or settings used. This is by design as it is enrolled in the Church's management system for Chromebooks.

If at least one person in an approved calling signs in to setup their account on the Chromebook, any settings they setup should be able to be shared with the other accounts, including Guest.
