Create a report and Unsubscribed email

The Create a Report option in LCR allows you to make a list of members with their contact information including email. It does not indicate if those members have unsubscribed from local emails. Any way to get that information so a custom report can either exclude those members, not show the email, or at least indicate they have unsubscribed from local leader emails?
I'd like to make sure we are honoring their desire to unsubscribe without pushing someone to delete their email address entirely.
