Installing Lexmark printer

I'm the Stake Technology Specialist, and we recently received new computers and a printer for the FamilySearch center in one our buildings.

I had no problem with the computers. They set up and installed just fine.

The new printer is Lexmark Mx632. It has successfully connected to the WiFi network

The computers that need to connect to the printer do not have wireless cards. They are connect via Ethernet to the same router.

I cannot add the printer to either computer. It does not show up on list of available printers. It cannot be found by IP address. It does not show up on the list of network devices.

The computers are running Windows 10.

I am able to successfully add my older Lexmark MX611 which uses the same WiFi network.

Lexmark support had me download and install this driver: https://downloads.lexmark.com/downloads ... 092023.exe

However, when specifying it's a TCP/IP connection, as Lexmark instructed, I got the first two screens in this imgur post: https://imgur.com/a/RdDBwoZ

The last screen is what happens if I use "autodetect" instead of specifying a the Device Type in the Add Printer dialog. The computer thinks it has added a printer, but the computer does not show up in the list of available printers.

I have verified multiple times that I have the correct IP address.

Does anyone know what I can do to add the MX632?

Can you connect it to wired?

The only thing that comes to mind is that the new printer may want to "call home" on the internet. Unless you've added it to "NoSplash", it's not going to be able to reach out on the wireless network. However, it should be able to communicate locally. But perhaps the blocked internet access makes the printer think it's not connected.
