How do we create an activity that spans YW and YM circles?

Hi,

We are trying to create a single "Youth Conference" activity and invite the 4 older age groups.

However, it appears that no one is an administrator of the four older age groups, and thus they can't invite the circles pertaining to those youth groups.

How do we get around this? I've already tried the "edit" > Add Calling capability, but it seems that you cannot add an administrator this way.

Another idea was to just create two youth conference activities, one created by the Young Women President, and she would invite the two older YW classes; and the other activity created by the bishop, and he would invite the teachers and priests.

Is there a better way? Are we going to have to do this every time there is a combined activity? (I'm fine doing that, I just want to make sure. If we could possibly add a bishopric member to the YW circles and the YW president to the YM circles as administrators, I think that would solve it?
