I have a Deacon age non-memeber youth that is fairly active at activites, and his mother is a member of the church. Is there any way to include him in the Circles, or at least his mother?

Just wondering... If a clerk were to add something like an out-of-unit listing to a ward directory, would that person then be able to sign into the Living app? I dont think that would give them a record number.

The out-of-unit features only applies to members.

Examples would be a bishop of a YSA ward, or a child of divorced parents who have joint custody and bounces between two wards.
