Member tools membership list does not match LCR

Member tools membership list does not match LCR

I moved a family into our ward recently. They show up correctly in the member list but show up under a differently family last name in the directory. Any suggestions on how to fix that?

Check the "Household name" field.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
