Downloading content

I opened my library app and it asked me to download items that needed to be updated. I started the process and had over 1600 updates. That update was started on 12/14/2023, at approximately 4:00pm. It's now 12/15/2023 at 1:20AM and there is still one remaining download that has gone on for over 6 hours. I closed the app, restarted my computer, but the download popped up and continued to download. Is this a problem? Usually, a download lasting this long means something is not right.

Are you using the Gospel Library Windows app, or the Android or iOS app? (I'm guessing Windows?)
