LDS Tools bug causing repeated bulk text message errors

I sent a bulk text to relief society via LDS Tools last night. Since then it has been sending the same text every hour since 915pm last night. Telstra said its not a service provider issue after resetting my network. I have turned my phone off, turned off 4G & wifi, deleted the tools app, deleted my phone number from LCR. I have emailed LDS Tools many times with only a single email asking me to provide more information. I already told them everything i know so i asked them to please elaborate on what information they need, and no resonse since 11am today, Ive had 1 abusive message from an angry woman. I am stressed and frustrated by the lack of help and communication from LDS Tools. Can anyone please help me? Would deleting my LDS account help?

Doubtful. At this point it's all about the phone's messaging app. The phone numbers have already been given to it. No church accounts are involved from that point on.

Since you deleted the Tools app, the only thing that can be sending is the phone's messaging app.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
