Access Problem

I am having a puzzling problem.... I am unable to login to LCR or Tools. I have deleted the cache, changed browsers, reset my account, reset my router. I know it is confined to my access, as my wife can access Tools without a problem... Any there other suggestions I can try?

It looks like your mrn got removed from your Church Account

I attempted to reset my account using my MRN. It said the number was invalid. So I tried to set up a new account with a new user name and password and MRN. it said an account already existed with the number. HELP!

So Br. Jones, how do I add it back into my account? I can't seem to figure it out.

I am finally back in business! After jonesrk said that my mrn had been removed from my account, I spent hours trying to find a way to restore it and finally succeeded. I am supposedly the tech guy in the ward that members come to with account problems... I have much more empathy with them now!
