Damage from Lightning

We had a lightning storm a few weeks ago. Since then, two of our computers no longer can access the internet. Also, one of the ethernet ports in the wall does not work. We rearranged the remaining functional computers so that they are connected to the functioning ethernet ports. Who do we contact to get the computers and ethernet port fixed. When we contacted the facilities maintenance group, they said we needed to get it done through the family search center support. Does anyone know who that is?

If it were your computers that were damaged, that would fall on the Family History Department. But what you're describing is a bad port on a switch.

What kind of FamlySearch center are you? If it's part of a meetinghouse, I'd be very surprised if FM is not responsible for fixing the ports. (Although they may ask the stake technology specialist to assist.)

If you're a standalone FS center, with no connection with a meetinghouse (not a ward or stake FSC), then I could see it falling to the FHD.

Two computers were damaged as well as the ethernet port on the wall. The FamilySearch center is part of our Stake Center. Our Stake Technology Specialist put in a FIR request, but was told that it is supposed to be handled by the Famly History Department. However, none of the staff knows who to contact.
