At 2020 I participated of english connect 3 and got the certificate, I lost it a year ago or something. I Have no way to get it back because I allready change my phone and for others reasons reset the old one as well than my laptop. Do someone know if there is a way to retrieve this certificated? if you know please let me now, it would be very helpfull

Actually I didn't lose my English connect 3 certificate but rather I finished English connect 3, but I didn't see an option that takes me to where I can do my test and receive a certificate, could you help me get a certificate?
