Tall Embark not opening
My Tall Embark program won't open on my computer. It opens on my husband's computer just fine, but on my computer, it tries to open, then says site not responding.

Assuming this is a web page, try using incognito mode. Church websites have an issue with cookies that can cause all kinds of strange problems.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

It appears to be a 3rd party app used by the church to help missionaries learn a foreign language (https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... n_US&gl=US).

I have downloaded the application Tall Embark on my phone and the app hasn’t opened once. When I click on the app it just sits on the “Tall Embark” screen and doesn’t move no matter how long I keep my phone open. I tried downloading the app on my moms phone and it worked instantly. Didn’t know if I need to update something or try opening the app another way.

Other than that, is your Android OS up to date? Older phones might not support the Android OS needed to support the app. Did you turn your phone all the way off and turn it back on?

Same problem. Goes to the TallEmbark Home Screen and then just sits there. I’ve tried everything suggested I this thread including trying to contact the developer.
I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I’ve downloaded the latest update on my iPhone.
It worked fine when I first installed it last year but then after several months of not using it, wouldn’t open.

I don't know the details of the process for when it's used, but I'd expect that either your status changed, or by not using it for several months you lost access. I'd go back to whoever said you could use it and see if it can be fixed on their end.
