Missionary Recommendations Portal Down

- I must send my papers to my bishop, but I can't access the missionary recommendations portal, I've been trying the whole week, it says it's unavailable, I tried to log in as a ward clerk (my current calling) also tried as a missionary candidate. Hope to get it fixed soon
