Unable to Submit Finance Report

Good afternoon,

On Feb 6th we reviewed our January Financial Report, but upon transmission our session timed it.
The system currently shows that our January Finance Statement still requires a secondary review.
However, when I review the report the "submit button" is no longer there.
All 3 tabs (Donation Summary, Balances, and Fast Offerings Analysis), show to have a "green check mark".
You can even see my comments at the bottom of the page that I made on Feb 6th.

We were able to review and submit our Feb Finance Report without issue, but still no joy with submitting our Jan Finance Report.

What do we need to do to clear this so it's no longer pending?

I think you're going to need to call the Global Service Department or use the Contact Us link in LCR to submit a trouble ticket. It sounds like you managed to get the system into a state that it isn't supposed to be in.
