Clerk Computer Accounts

I noticed that my newly provisioned Clerk computers are getting a "LocalClerk" account set up on them in addition to the "Unit xxxxx" account that the provisioning process created.
At first I though it was a clerk who thought the old Clerk account was still needed, but then I noticed it on other machines as well, so Iit must be that Big FIx is setting it up. Does anyone have an idea as to the purpose of this account? Will it eventually replace the Unit xxxxx accounts?
In total, there is the now the Unit xxxx, ChurchSupport, and LocalClerk accounts on theses relatively new machines.
