The Zoom account used by my ward provided by the Church reverted to a "basic" account instead of a "licensed" account.
We are still regularly using the webinar feature for sacrament meetings due to several "shut-in"s and also we have been using it to support seminary classes on a regular basis.
Would someone be able to explain why the account reverted to a "basic" account? This was done without prior notice, so we are a bit confused what is going on.

Did you change the email associated with the account? In the past, the email seems to be an important part.
Also check with your stake technology specialist - make sure he didn't pull the license.
