Cannot add name in Split EQ

Sorry i dont know how to add screenshot here.

Anyway this is what we do... We split Elders Quorum Organization to EQ1 and EQ2 in LCR...

In EQ2, when we tried to add name, it mentions we enter wrong MRN or Name, instead of name appearing as we type. What did we do wrong? We cannot add names to calling to Split EQ. Help please.

Have you moved the members from quorum 1 to quorum 2?

For clarification, I believe the presidency must come from members of the quorum. Until the members are in the quorum, you will not be able to select them to add as presidency members.
