Latter day Saints Channel app ROKU

Wondering if there is any consideration to add more non-English content to Latter day Saints Channel app on ROKU? Ex. Spanish, American Sign Language, etc.
Especially would like to see ASL content. A HDTV from Wal-Mart with ROKU included or separate is preferred over a
or 
"blue screen" -less strain on the 
of deaf people watching video content.
Content to consider in ASL- General Conference, The Book of Mormon, Scripture Stories & other " basics".
