Can missionary cell phones import sd card photos?

My daughter has a small Canon s95 camera that uses a conventional SD card. There aren't a lot of computers sitting around with SD card readers in her location (Ukraine). Her phone has mediocre image quality. I'm wondering if the Kiosk software the church uses would allow her to import photos into her camera using a USB cable and card reader. Thanks for your input. I have been trying to get her to upgrade her phone but she is frugal.
