My church email is [redacted]@churchofjesuschrist.org and my wife is [redacted]@churchofjesuschrist.org. Is the password in email is the same as in the church account or different because we can not access or open our church email. We use it exclusively for church communication. Does our church email was terminated? Because we have no access in it. Please reply to our personal email

My guess is that those accounts were available to you when you had positions that gave you an email address with the church. You don't have those positions anymore so the email accounts went away.

The personal email on your account is your church email which you say you no longer have access to.
