I have three wards using the Meetinghouse Webcast solution to broadcast their sacrament meetings. Once I ironed out a few cabling and equipment issues, it seems to be working well. However, I have crazy ward clerks that feel they need attendance reports immediately after the meeting so they can send off attendance reports as they are required to do.
The problem is that I don't really have time to do that for all three wards between a Sunday full of other work and other callings (I'm also a finance clerk), so I would like the ability to enter an email address in the Event Manager and have an automated process send attendance information to the ward clerks. I doubt that's possible right now, so I'm asking if it can be added as a feature.
I don't know where else to ask for features, so if there's a better place, please let me know.

Re: Attendance Reports
One possibility is to have assistant technology specialists called from each ward. The clerks can then bug them for the reports.
Given that the church is trying to move wards from church webcast to Zoom to save costs, I'm doubtful of any additional reporting features.

Re: Attendance Reports
I was not aware the church was trying to move wards away from church webcast. I very much dislike zoom, but most of our wards use Youtube. However, once I gave these three wards access to use the church webcast feature, they don't want to go back.
Is this assistant technology specialist calling something they have to be given on the stake level?

Here's some helpful information about the ATS calling: Assistant Technology Specialist FAQslkpowell wrote:Is this assistant technology specialist calling something they have to be given on the stake level?
Our stake moved their worship service meetings away from the church webcast system to Zoom Webinar, but the audio was so bad we've since gone to YouTube Live with great results. Zoom Meetings are still used for pretty much everything else.
