I have tried several times to contact AT&T for support without success. The DSL modem in one of our buildings can not contact AT&T so either the DSL side of the modem is bad or the phone line has issues.
877-937-5288 -- is the number to AT&T Enterprise support. I have been assured by CHQ that our stake U-Verse accounts are now under the church's enterprise account and that this is the correct support number. Aside from multiple hang-ups (funny thought their business was phones) several techs asked for a Billing Account Number (BAN), DSL Circuit ID or DSL Phone No. The account number in the tech manager was not useful for them to access our account. I have just asked our CHQ support rep for this information.
So what actually works for you? Any suggestions to move this forward?

Your FM group has the information AT&T is asking for. The FM Group is responsible for the Internet connection outside the building. They are also responsible for the modem. If you are the STS then contact your FM manager. Depending on how your stake and FM group operate you may need to go through your high councilor responsible for facilities.

@ jdlessley -- The FM group has been in the loop since the beginning. In our area billing & control of the AT&T accounts has moved up to Salt Lake. The STS's do the troubleshooting. I am working with the church support rep above the FM group. They are trying to track down the information I asked for earlier. With people off for the holidays it may take till next week.

It is possible that the information you seek is listed on the monthly IROP that the stake clerk receives. Ask him to take a look at his IROP expenses.

It is also possible that the FM Group has included the account information you need at the Technology Manager site. Click on the specific firewall and then the Internet Provider tab.

That was my first thought. Then I read the rest of the OP:lajackson wrote:It is also possible that the FM Group has included the account information you need at the Technology Manager site. Click on the specific firewall and then the Internet Provider tab.
The account number in the tech manager was not useful for them to access our account.
