Why won't LCR load on Safari but it does on Google Chrome?

Try using Private Browsing mode. If that works, then you have a stale cookie problem.

That issue hits a number of people visiting church websites with Chrome.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
