Returned Home Missionary Tablet Locked

Hello,
My daughter returned home from her mission in France two years ago and never bothered using her Samsung Galaxy S2.
However now she has started university, she would like to start using it again.
However the tablet has been restricted using an application called MaaS360, so I can't reset it.
How do I contact the team that look after tablets for missionaries, so I can ask them to unlock/reset it?

You might try asking your clerk to help your daughter contact the Global Services Department.

Tablets and Returning Missionaries document has instructions on what to do.
As of October 2024, it looks like the document linked above is no longer available.

If you are referring to the link in the post just before yours then that link is still valid. It just worked for me.
