Can't Access Patriarchal Blessing

When I pull up my patriarchal blessing on my church account, a blank screen appears. I requested my blessing over a year ago and it says I have access to it. There is just a grey screen where my blessing should be. Attached is what the page looks like.

Have you tried clearing the cache or using a different browser?

From another thread, try disabling any ad blockers.

Alright I have tried a new browser, clearing the cache data, and disabling pop-ups. None worked. Any other ideas?

Did you request a copy first at the page
Patriarchal Blessing? It is not available until you request the electronic copy. But once that is done it will always be available to view or download.
If your have already requested it, note your personal blessing will not be available for at least a month. If there are other issues affecting your ability to view/download it online, please let us know what has happened and what messages, if any, you get. The more details of what is, or is not, happening will help troubleshoot the issue.
