Short Text Code/Mass Texting - JustServe

I am on my stake's JustServe Committee We are wanting to use some sort of mass texting service or a short text code, to which members of our stake could subscribe, in order to disseminate information about service opportunities and the like. Is anyone aware of something like this offered through the church? JustServe? Do you have any recommended technologies that your stake has used? The Church used a short text code for the Light the World Campaign in 2019, is that service accessible to the stakes?
