I have employers who pay me with Venmo, however I can’t figure out how to pay tithing with my Venmo app or my Venmo card.

I do not believe you can pay tithing with Venmo. You will need to move the amount to a regular savings or checking account, and then use that bank account to pay your tithing and other donations.
In many countries, you are able to do this online at the Church Donations site. If your area does not participate in online donations, you will need to pay by check or with cash. Your local unit clerk will be able to help you understand the various ways you will be able to contribute.

Why not? It's 2024 and I have a routing number and an account number. If I can set up direct deposit to have my paycheck deposited directly to venmo from my employer, why can't I pay my tithing with the same information?

For now the only authorized bank accounts for making donations or EFT from the Church are checking and savings accounts. The Tech Forum is user-to-user discussion and collaborative self help. We can discuss it, but any answers to your question anyone may offer would be pure speculation. And as with a lot of other policy questions, the Church seldom gives reasons. However, if you would like you can always send feedback using the feedback link found at the bottom of most Church web pages.
Most of the reasons I don't use Venmo can be found in several online articles from the financial industry such as this article:
How Safe Is Venmo, and Is It Free? The risks for Church members and fees for the Church are most notable in that article.
