What is the 'Gospel Living' app? Where is it available?

I don't see this app in my Play store or anywhere in these forums. Is this the same as Gospel Library?

The Gospel Living mobile app will be available in English, Spanish and Portuguese this fall and can later be downloaded in additional languages.

And since it's for a program that starts in January, and knowing how deadlines slip, I'm thinking it will be closer to "December 21" than "September".

Is this the same as Gospel Library?

The Gospel Living app is a new app to support the Children and Youth program beginning in 2020 that has not yet been released. It is not the same as Gospel Library.

A few pilot stakes have been using the app, but it hasn't been publicly released yet.

In the posts before yours in this thread. It seems to be coordinated with the new Children and Youth program that will start in January 2020.

Is this not available for beta test through TestFlight? I am a developer and have been a beta tester for all Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints mobile apps at various points but have not seen anything for this new app.

The Gospel Living app. should have been available today after the ward showed the 48 min. video. The info today suggested we should download this app. for our use. Now as I understand your comments, the app. will not be available until late this fall?

The introductory video made it clear that the new program for youth and children begins on January 1, 2020. Your expectation that the app should have been available yesterday is not correct.
