Report for members who are about to receive ACH/EFT for expenses

I really like being able to reimburse member budget expenses using ACH, but I don't think I'm able to determine who is set up to receive such transfers. Is there a report I can run that will show which members are configured? I suppose I could just check every time I go to cut a check and maybe it shows if I select ACH and then select the member's name? I'm not sure. Does anyone have suggestions or examples of how you're doing this?

There is no report that I'm aware of. However, if you begin an expense, select ACH as the reimbursement method and then select the person it will give an error if they are not setup. If they are setup it will display "Account Information: *******XXXX" next to the name (with only the last 4 digits of the account number displayed).

If their spouse is setup for ACH, we're allowing the member to direct us in writing as part of the request to reimburse via their spouse. I just include that as part of the approval/request.

You do that from the donations page (assuming you are in an area where direct deposit reimbursements are allowed). On a browser:
Log in to the donations page
Click on "Settings" on the left side
Scroll down to the option to add an Expense Reimbursement Account (near the bottom).
Note: you can specify the same account for reimbursements that you use for donations (or you can specify a different account)

The procedure depends on what country you are in. If you are in a country outside the U.S. or Canada see the Help Center article
Setting Up Bank Account Information (Outside of US and Canada)
. If you are in the U.S. or Canada all actions to set up a bank account to receive electronic funds payments, or EFT, can only be done by the member. The steps to set up a bank account to receive EFT payments are:
- Log onto your donations page.
From the Church website the donations page is accessible through the Resources menu. Click the Resources menu icon, waffle icon or grid of nine square dots icon, on the far right side of the menu bar. Then click/select Donations from the menu.
Alternatively, go directly to the Donations page at donations.ChurchofJesusChrist.org.
- Once signed into your donations page click/select Settings from the Donations menu on the left of the page.
- Scroll down the page to the Expense Reimbursement Account section.
- Click the Add Reimbursement Account button.
You will have the option to either select a donations bank account set up previously for making donations, or
you can add a new bank account (checking or savings only).
You will need the account number and the routing number your banking institution uses for electronic funds transactions for that account, which may be different than the routing number used for in person or paper transactions, such as by check.
- Check the "I AGREE" box for the Authorization and Acknowledgment statement.
- Click the Save button.
