New Help Center Format Difficult to Navigate

The Help Center seems to be moving to a new format that no longer has the Menu options on the left side of the screen. I found them to be most helpful, because I could drill down using them and find things that did not link from the basic introductory pages. I could also get where I was going faster.
And I have never found the Search function to be helpful. When I am in the Help Center, I do not need to reference Ensign articles or leadership publications and pamphlets. I need to find Help Center information.
The old page seems to flash up for a brief moment, then the links column goes away and I am lost again.
I never did find what I was looking for. I got to the Stake Technology Specialists page and found a lot of training, but I was looking for webcasting and video conferencing information, and some other meetinghouse technology information.
How do I get there now?
