Is there a general womens broadcast this month or was the schedule changed?

It's been changed. In a letter from the First Presidency, dated October 27, 2017 and to be read in sacrament meeting; it was announced that Priesthood and Women's conference would only be done annually. Priesthood in April and Women's in October. The Women's conference will be in the same time slot as Priesthood would have been. (Same Saturday as the General Sessions.)
