I can't figure out how to mark my reading for seminary and every time I click for the my seminary app it just reloads the page I'm already on, help?

The myseminary app was discontinued. It no longer works.

The "Seminary and Institute" native mobile app was discontinued. However, it was replaced by a web app at MySeminary.ChurchofJesusChrist.org that you can open in a browser, if you have a reliable internet connection.
