Changes in Internet Filter

While in the meetinghouses, I am able to browse to and use my Dropbox without issue, except for one exception. It appears that the internet filter is blocking a Dropbox related URL (dl.dropboxusercontent.com). I called the GSD to ask for this to be changed or updated; however, the rep didn't seem optimistic to my request. Any of you have experience in requesting an update to the internet filter? To me, my request seems legit.
