Hi dearest Lds IT !

We are several members working for the Temple in France and we would like to know how to setup our @ldschurch.org mail on our cellphones.

Can you please give us the necessary exchange settings?

Otherwise we have to log on our computers in order to access to our emails.

I searched everywhere in the net and I haven't found anything yet.
Please please help us

Hi! What kind of phones are you using (Android, iPhone, Windows Phone)?
What email program do you use on your phones (Apple Mail, Gmail, Outlook)?

Hi Samuel thank you sooo much for your kind reply!
We are using iphones and Samsung devices.
The email programs we use are Apple mail and Android default mail program (both enable Exchange accounts).

When setting up your account, this is the information you'll need to use:
Username: Your email address, including "@ldschurch.org".
Password: The password you use to log into your email (this might be the same as your LDS Account password).
Server: outlook.office365.com

The settings you explained are the same than these of my chief who is using an iPhone. His mailbox works perfectly.

But these settings are not working with my @ldschurch account on my iPhone. When I enter the server, username and password and when I click next it says "couldn't verify your account settings" (if I translated correctly from French

Maybe I need an authorization to set my email account on my personal iPhone (such as an enrollment of my iPhone?)

If you need to crosstest our accounts, here are our usernames:

Do you know if you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account? You could try some of the settings on this page to make sure two-factor authentication is set up properly for your phone:

I'm not able to look at your accounts specifically (I'm just a user, I'm not an administrator).

I called the LDS IT and here is the answer:

Email: "yourLDSusername"@ldschurch.org

Server: Mail.ldschurch.org
Or: Outlook.office365.com

Domain: ldschurch.org

Username: "your LDS username"@ldschurch.org
Password: "your LDS account password
