The church announced a new tool for returning missionaries called My Plan. When you go there (https://MyPlan.lds.org) it currently redirects you to an overview page and tells us it's "Coming August 2015."
It's slightly after August 2015. Does anyone know the status of this tool? We have a newly-returned missionary and I was trying to make sure people are aware of this new program and tool.

As an "online course", it's probably being developed by the same limited group of developers working on other projects and subject to the same priorities and slipping deadlines we've seen elsewhere.

One of our missionaries returned home from his mission last week. His mission president shared with us the "MyPlan" in PDF format filled out by the missionary. It contains 5 experiences/steps and it is filled by the missionary on his final 5 weeks in the mission. The missionary completes one lesson per week.

Instead of "Coming August 2015," the web site now says "coming soon."

But still seems likes radio silence in terms of direction. Are missionaries returning home with this in hand? Are stake presidents supposed to give it to them? Who is responsible for the follow up? Is it one lesson per week? Guidance would be very much appreciated!

My Plan won't show up on the missionary portal. Any troubleshooting that can be done to fix this?

I'm not sure what your specific issue is, but my daughter lost access on the one year anniversary of her return home.
