Gospel Library for Kindle Voyage
Will the Gospel Libary app ever be available for the Kindle Voyage dedicated reader?

From what I can tell, the Kindle Voyage doesn't support apps. It's strictly a reader. The best you can hope for is to get the scriptures in a compatible format. You'd need to get one of the Fire series to have any chance at a app.
