The Facilities Management Group purchases the copier based on guidelines and recommendations found in the Purchase Requesition Guide, as established by Church Copier Administration. These copier models are selected according to formulated standards, are tested for performance and reliability, and go through rigorous price negotiations.
Adjustable classroom tables to use as stands can be purchased by the FMG from the PRG where counter-top use is not feasible. Countertop models are standard because that configuration fits the majority of material center applications.
