youtube Live events

With the number of smartTVs and other connected devices, what is the possibility to have youtube live events for general conference for example.
The church already has the encoded streams available, it would just be a matter to enable the youtube live events functionality on the youtube mormon channel to make it available.
As you know the youtube audience is very large in the planet
Note: If this is could be done, then please have the European Portuguese language available for Portugal para for all Portuguese speaking countries in Africa and also East-Timor and Macau (and not only the Brazilean Portuguese audio/video as many times we are left with).
To whom could this be addressed in the church?
