Can't delete repeated highlight & note

Can't delete repeated highlight & note
I have one passage in Gospel Library that I highlighted, added a note, a link, a tag and added into a notebook online. Somehow, it duplicated and now it's repeated 10-12 times. I deleted the tag and it is showing deleted online and in Gospel Library, but when I go to the actual scripture passage in Gospel Library, the repeated highlight and notes are still showing and I have no way to delete this. Can anyone help??

While I've not seen that particular error, I once had an issue with highlighting that I could not fix in the Gospel Library to save my life. I had to log on to lds.org and delete it there (and maybe empty it from the trash there). Once that was done and sync'ed, I could re-apply the highlighting, notes, etc. and it all worked fine.
