Hi can someone help me with retrieving a zoom license. In the process of assigning the license to its email, I made a typo with the email and seem to have lost the zoom license???

I have entered a wrong email address in request of a zoom licence for Tai Po Ward. There this ward cannot get the confirmation email to set up their account, licence.

How can I help them to correct this mistake and provide a correct email for Zoom to resend a confirmation email to them to activate the account.

Como puedo eliminar la licencia de un barrio, para cambiar el correo electronico con el que se dio de alta, hubo relevo de obispo y el actual no tiene el pasword que en su momento el anterior obispado dio de alta su licencia

Unit leaders can't request the license. Only the Stake Technology Specialist can. Who he gives the login to is between him and the ward.
