Same here, our Ward also sends out Ward emails, and various members with Yahoo email addresses have indicated that they have not been receiving any Church emails from the Ward or Stake level for over a month. This is problematic given that members of Ward leadership are not receiving emails to their long time used Yahoo email addresses. Hopefully someone from the Church IT Department can address in some fashion.

Same here. People with yahoo.com email addresses are not receiving emails.
Anyone have a fix for this?
Perhaps they need to add <noreply-lcr@churchofjesuschrist.org> into their Contacts or something like that?

I am the ward clerk and send out a weekly email with announcements. About 3 weeks ago those members with Yahoo email addresses stopped receiving emails sent through the "Send a Message" application. There was no indication in the confirmation email that these addresses were rejected. Starting this week (9/10/22) emails stopped going through to Hotmail email addresses as well.

I just discovered our Ward is having the same issue. Is there any update on a resolution?

The Church does not provide that option to users. And it no longer provides a list of undelivered emails as it did at one time. I suppose they may have done that in a misguided effort to save local leaders from having to deal with the bounces. We are all paying the penalty for that decision now.

This was a problem months ago. It was resolved.
