Interesting. Yes, it exists in the Google Play store, but it doesn't come up in a search. Apparently, it's intended to be "private" at this time. That's why I removed the link. We have a policy against sharing information intended to be private.
I'm not sure as it would work even if you could install it unless your stake was on the beta.

Gospel Living started rolling out publicly this week (Wednesday for Android, today for iOS), but it's a staged roll-out by region (currently the UK, France, and Brazil).

It’s definitely available in the UK. I have just downloaded it from the Apple store.

So,, since Elder Gong is able to use it with his "really cool quorum", do you think you will be able to use it with your elders quorum? Inquiring minds.
And if the Relief Society is able to use the app with their class, I think this may be the messaging tool we have long sought for communication within the ward or branch.
