I'd be more than happy to do that if it would explain to me how to do it, or give me a link to verify my phone, but it does neither, so I'm stuck. I've sent multiple "feedback" requests and gotten no reply.

Because of your current position, you are required to have two-step verification on your Church Account. In a web browser, please go to https://account.churchofjesuschrist.org/ and sign in with your Church Account username and password. You may be prompted at that point to setup a two-step verification option where you can select the option you desire to use and setup.

Once two-step verification is setup on your account and is functioning, you will then be able sign into the Member Tools app, as expected.
