Re: Single email address for multiple virtual meeting accounts
All my licenses were provisioned and all e-mails were sent, and I was able to properly activate 3 of the 8 accounts. The other 5 did not work. When I click on the "Activate your zoom account" button from the e-mail, then click "sign up with a password" on Zoom's website, it takes me to a page that just says "User not exist. (1,001)" with nothing else on the page. Has anyone encountered this?

Anything different about those 5 emails? Perhaps the length?joeladam wrote:All my licenses were provisioned and all e-mails were sent, and I was able to properly activate 3 of the 8 accounts. The other 5 did not work.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

The Meet-Zoom Enroll as stated by alz1 does not allow the gmail task specific alias to work because the Church Zoom accounts assigned us as Member role, you needed to be either the Owner or Admin for this feature to work. The same applies toward rolling in locally paid accounts into the Church Zoom accounts.

Joe, did you figure out your issue? I have the same problem "User not exist. (1,001)"

Re: Single email address for multiple virtual meeting accounts
Yup. Seems to be a thing. I have the problem with 2 of the accounts that I went to set up, but the others worked fine. I see from somebody else' post that they too are having a the same problem. All posts I've seen on it are from 12/20/2020, so hopefully *somebody* can call Zoom's attention to it. I'm getting screened out by the automated chat-bot because I can't provide a meeting number or Host key for an account that hasn't activated yet, and they won't answer the phone for support 'cause the account isn't a high enough tier for phone support!

No, the e-mails look the same. I have removed each license (some multiple times) and requested new ones only to see the same result.Anything different about those 5 emails? Perhaps the length?

Re: Single email address for multiple virtual meeting accounts
I like the idea, but I am having a problem. I created a new gmail account and when I started the process to create a church Zoom account with the +, i.e. lancpasts+unit@gmail.com, it indicated that the account was already in use. This was a new gmail account so I am puzzled by the error message. I created another gmail account just to make sure I had done it right and I get the same error message with the newest gmail account.

I have run into the same issue. I was also getting this error when trying to remove the account to try again: "Error: Unable to remove the Zoom Account. Zoom has temporarily suspended changes to this account. Please try making the requested change again in approximately 10 minutes.Contact Zoom or click here you continue to experience issues and need assistance."
I contacted the Church via a survey in the "Click Here" section and have been working with someone throughout the day. They are reaching out to Zoom support for some ideas. Nothing yet though. Will post here if I get anywhere with it.

Re: Single email address for multiple virtual meeting accounts
I am having the same issue. I had no problems for 6 licenses, but for 3 of them, I am getting the "User not exist. (1,001)" message.
