Need help with mission email

Missionary support
Hello I had a problem transferring my files from my missionary account till it went down. I am trying to get them back but it is not available. Can I get any help?

Is there any way to retrieve the files after the 180 day period. It has now been a year.

According to this post the recovery period is 90 days. As he stated in that post "some Missionary.org email accounts may be retrieved up to 120 days." I would expect little to no results after that. Even so I would try the procedure in that post.
