Google sheets and newer versions of excel support textjoin which can be simpler especially if you are combining more than 3 cells.
There are 11 types of people. Those who understand Gray Code and those that don't.

I was able to get that list in just a couple minutes, but it's slightly kludgyELHawkes wrote: Sun Dec 07, 2025 9:56 am I know you can look at a users log to see their activity, but it would be much more efficient to be able to generate a list of those who haven't opened a door in the past 6 months..
Like I said, it's a little kludgy (maybe a lot kludgy), but it gives you exactly what you are looking for.
- Export the list of users to a CSV
- Export the logs to a CSV based on the date range you care to view.
- Open them both up in a spreadsheet
- In the user list, concatenate the first and last names to create the full user name column, because that's how it's listed in the logs
- Use VLOOKUP or a similar spreadsheet function to tag users in the user list who are found in the logs. Those not found are your target group.
Keep in mind, Kindoo is not the Church's software and only for doors. It's a product used in many places with many functions, including opening gates, turning on lights, a pretty much anything else you can dream up using a remote relay.Instead of Never issued a command for a title, maybe it could say "Never Opened a Door".

Concatenation is easy and super useful Works in Excel and Google Sheets:
If cell A1 is first name and B1 is last name, just use a formula like this in C1 to get the full name:
=A1&" "&B1
The ampersand (&) is the secret sauce here!
I'll see if I can throw together a clean G Sheets example later to cover ELHawkes feature request. I think it could be useful.
So after several hrs of watching videos and practicing, I was able to make swigginton suggestion work.
To merge two columns in G Sheets, I used this formula after watching this video. =ARRAYFORMULA(A1:A&" "&B1:B)

To Match (Vlookup) two ranges in G Sheets, which was the harder part to find the best video example and figure out, I used this video.

Hello, my name is Ryan, and I am with locktronics. We provide Kindoo to the church. We did some research on your post and found the following:
After investigating, we found no issue on our end. The user in question (initials = J W B) removed himself. I can't put his actual name up here, but if you need more details, please reach out to us at locktronics.com. The user removed himself 4 hours earlier just as described. He will need to be re-invited. I hope that helps. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Wow I never expected I would get a direct response from locktronics. Thanks for taking the time to do that.
I was wondering, I have made a number of feature request/suggestions in this Kindoo thread, do those suggestions get considered from this thread or do the suggestions have to come from an official church person that works directly with locktronics?
It would be very nice for users to get an email notification when they are removed/deleted from the system, so they aren't surprised when they go to the meeting house and find they can't get in anymore.
It would also be nice if there was a log history of deleted users that the Stake Kindoo managers could access for their stake, that indicated when and how or what process deleted them.
Also if there was a way to generate an inactivity list for all users in the Stake within a given time period, would make it much easier to determine if some users don't need access anymore.
And if the Kindoo invite email could include the link to user instructions , that would be very helpful to.
Thanks a bunch for your support,
Larry

Re: Kindoo Access Control System
In the site Dashboard, there is a pie chart that shows
Users with unresolved device switching: 1
Users with resolved past device switching: 0
Users flagged as permanently resolved: 0
Is there a way to actually resolve the unresolved?
The one user that shows unresolved is the full time missionaries that use the same teaching area email address that is assigned for the Stake that they are currently in.

Users with resolved past device switching: 0

Re: Kindoo Access Control System
Only site admins can mark them as resolved. We also get an email notification. Once you (the Kindoo manager) have researched the user and confirmed that the switching was not against the license agreement, you can notify your admin (typically FM manager) and they can mark it resolved. For missionaries, they should mark it permanently resolved, since it's expected that missionaries will change phones with each transfer. Other users can be marked as resolved for past device switching and will be flagged if they switch devices again. From what I've seen, a user is only flagged if the device transfer is suspicious. For someone just switching to a new device and not switching back, it doesn't seem to flag as suspicious.ELHawkes wrote: Sun Dec 21, 2025 2:55 pm In the site Dashboard, there is a pie chart that shows
