Account recovery & Two Step Verification issues

I have tried every possible way but failed. Please anyone who can help reach me with my [personal information removed]. I really need my account to access BYU pathway portal. I was robbed and lost everything I could use.

This is community support - no one here has the ability to solve the problem. You need to contact your ward clerk and ask for the contact information to GSD. They can help you recover your account.

You'll need to contact your ward clerk and ask for the contact number for the Global Services Department.

For those who don't want to opt out of the two step verification log in and go to the right side click on your picture the Account setting tab will appear. click on it you will go into an new screen and on the left side you will see TWO-STEP VERIFICATION click on this go to the bottom and click on Remove. I hope this helps
