This is basically a user-user discussion forum, not an official support channel, so you're more likely to get a useful reply by using official support channels. If there is no other support channel for IT for missions, the Global Services Department should be able to either help directly or direct you to someone who can.

I'm having issues with my devices since I came back from mission, I have tried several times to remove mass360 from my phone and it has not yet been removed.

My phone has shut down since returning home from my this mission this is what I was instruct. My code i’m supposed to search is KB0061649 and then it tells me to follow the instructions

j'ai un problème avec mes outils technologiques de la mission, je suis un missionnaire de retour mais l'application MaaS360 ne quitte pas le téléphone malgré les essais de réinitialisation et dans l'autre, mon compte Samsung m'empêche d'effectuer l'action de réinitialisation.

Je n'ai pas accès aux applications importantes pour la communication car elles sont bloqués.

Veuillez m'aider svp!!!

Please I need help with my phone. I'm a returned missionary. I have tried the steps to remove the mass 360 from my phone but the more I try, the more it gets worse I no longer have access to the browser. I need help i already followed the instruction but nothing charged
